Dear MaggieDear Maggie,
I don't normally write letters, but since I am, as you say, an "artsy type", I am writing one now. I'm not writing this to tell you that nobody writes letters any more (except for us, apparently), or to crow about my artistic talent (because we both know that I have a lot of that); I wrote to tell you something else.
I wrote to tell you that you're an idiot.
Ok, maybe that sounded a lot better in my head. What I meant was this:
-Yes, Chloe and I dated for about three years.
-Yes, I liked her a lot.
- But we aren't together anymore,
- And I love you.
Yes, Maggie, you. I guess I'm an idiot too, for not realizing it sooner than a couple months ago, but I have loved for as long as I can remember. Did you notice it, Magpie? I don't think you did. After your letter, I know you didn't.
That still doesn't make you less of an idiot. Or me for that matter. Here's something you don't know: college isn't forever. We'll figure something out, and I want you to be happy. We're best frien
Linked (A Big Four Fan Fiction) Chp. 19 "Hiccup, GET OFF OF ME!" I roared, having just finished my urgent story about how I "fell" from Toothless. My angry voice echoed off the walls of the large room.
"But you're kind of comfortable--"
"NOW!" Hiccup scrambled off my back, and I rolled over, having previously been lying on my stomacht my poor chest expand. Up, down, in, out, my deep breaths were very relieving. Slowly, I hefted myself to my feet. "So," I said turning to North, "Was I right?" I knew before he even opened his mouth that I was. It was right there on his face.
"You said she wasn't a threat," Jack growled to the rest of the guardians, pointedly ignoring me.
"No, you said she wasn't a threat. I told you she was." I said.
"Merida's right, she did warn us," Wreav was, for once, serious. His features were set in firm, determined lines.
Linked (A Big Four Fan Fiction) Chapter 18 I awoke to shouting, accompanied by a warm sensation. My eyes flew open to see that my bed, and my body, were engulfed in flames. Brilliant, dancing red flames that didn't do me any harm. I only felt a warm tingle.
"Merida! You have to control it!" A voice, Jack's voice, shouted. How? How could I control this? What's happening to me?! I remembered what my father taught me: in battle, I had to keep my cool. If I should ever become upset, I should take three deep breaths to calm myself down. One, two, three.... The flames calmed down, then vanished. The only remnants left behind were scorched blankets and sheets.
"What happened?" I asked Jack, who was looking at me in concern.
"I need to look at your burns, Merida," Rapunzel was back into her medic mode.
"I don't have any burns," I said in astonishment after a quick inspection of my body.
