It's a Small World Ireland

Ugh, this is a bad scan. Anyways, this is a piece I did for another deviant's It's a Small World collab to celebrate the anniversary of the ride. I chose the country Ireland, and its such a cute costume. I hope I can revisit it later, but for now, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out.
